This is my family. My loves. My bests. Ever. I spend a lot of time just enjoying them. And some time with my camera too, so I can make books and prints so we can all remember.
Before my children came along, I was cat mad (OK, I still am), but when my son came into this world, I felt the strongest surge of love - can you love anyone in the way you love your children?
I just think it's so important to make sure you print the photos you take - it's so easy these days to spread them around online, but having something tangible is so much better. My son loves to look through his first year book!
I offer digital packages as well as prints and albums. Get in touch for my info.
Family is everything. I was lucky enough to have been brought up in a wonderful one, so I feel strongly about what it means - it's my core, my heart and my passion.
There's something about every day life that strikes me. I know you can go to a studio and have lovely photos taken, but there's something poignent and beautiful about capturing moments we wouldn't otherwise pay special attention to.
Like breakfast with your family in the morning chaos, or bread and jam after school, a weekend outing to the steam train, to the park, or beach. A hike in the hills. A Sunday picking blackberries in the Autumn colours. A cosy day inside amongst books and toys, with rain pattering on the windows.
And then there are the special occasions that we should all document and hang in our hearts as well as on our walls. Birthdays, first days of school, those precious newborn days, as well as prior to - your beautiful bumps. And let's not forget grandparents and great grandparents spending time with little ones.

When I was little, I cuddled lots of cats. (Still do). Not just cats, though they are, and will always be my very best. I remember when I was about four, chasing a pigeon for hours. I just wanted to give it a kiss! And my mum tells me about the time I leant over and kissed a stray dog. She says she took me home and washed my mouth out with soap.
I just love animals. They make me feel at peace. Happy. Relaxed. Content. They're awesome.
My cat, called Mouse, will appear in many of my photos - as will other cats and animals I meet on my travels.
I'd love to come and photograph yours. A cat, a dog, a bird, a horse. If you love yours as much as I love mine, then you'll probably want to display them on your wall, amongst your family, where they belong.
Check out my 'Sessions' page to see what a photoshoot with your pet involves. If one thing is for certain with animals, it's going to be fun!
Women Wild and Free
Women Wild and Free are sessions that embrace women of every kind. I run different sessions that focus on the strength and wonder of a woman.
My first project was for mothers who found something that gave them purpose and direction away from motherhood. Running, making jewellery, wild swimming, training to a makeup artist, yoga, writing, singing...
It's that independence and freedom that we all crave after we have dedicated our lives, our everything, to being a mother. Finding that little bit of you lurking somewhere in the depths of nappies, school runs, keeping house, sleepless nights...
Future sessions will celebrate mothers bodies, young girls on the brink of becoming women... and many more projects that celebrate us.
Music is my special thing. From the age of seven I knew I loved singing and performing. And when I was in secondary school I got my first guitar and wrote my first song at 14. And I'm still going now.
For me, photographing musicians is like a cat finding a sunny spot in which to snooze. It just feels right and cosy and warm and lovely. And I have a lot of heart and understanding to give it.
